These questions ask about a graph, table or figure that did not come across with the import, so there is nothing to read the answer off. Attach the missing figure as an image to fix one — saving a problem with an image unflags it. Unflag any that stand on their own; delete the rest. A problem you unflag stays unflagged: no later scan will pick it up again.

Importing does not run this check. Press it after a new batch of problems goes in.
